Terms of the Refer a Friend Programme

1. The Refer a friend (the “Programme") is exclusively for existing customers in the U.K registered with The Peoples Operator

2. Under the Programme, the ‘REFERRER’ and ‘REFEREE’ will both qualify for a reward if there is a successful activation:

a.The ‘REFERRER’ will be rewarded £5 FREE CREDIT or £5 CASH (this will be managed through your recruits dashboard in 'MY TPO') when a successful SIM-Only activation and a minimum of £10 top–up or bundle purchase has been made by your new customer.

- £5 credit = All FREE credit will be applied after 35 days of activation.

- £5 cash = Cash option will be paid via PayPal (so you'll need an active PayPal account). This option is only available if you've referred 5 new customers to TPO.

b. The ‘REFEREE’ i.e. new customer will receive £5 free credit, when they top-up or buy a bundle for £10 or more. All FREE credit will be applied after 35 days of activation. There is not a cash option for the referee only credit.

c. All CASH payments will be made via PAYPAL. You will need to ensure your PayPal email address is inputted in your ‘MY TPO section’ AND you have selected the Cash Option within the dashboard. Payments will be made after 35 days of your new customers activation.

d. All CREDIT payments will be accredited to your TPO mobile account. You will need to ensure you have selected the CREDIT OPTION for this to happen. All Free credit will be applied after 35 days of activation.

3. Total reward per new customer is £5

4. It is the duty of the recruiter to ensure their recruit signs up and tops up or purchases a bundle with a minimum of £10 – this is essential for both parties to receive the reward.
This reward is not combinable with any other TPO promotional offer (including exclusive SIM-Only plans available on partner sites).

5. Reward Management – As a referrer you will be able to manage your rewards through your dashboard, £5 free cash or credit each time you bring on a new customer to TPO and they stay with the network for over 35 days. Your recruits £5 credit will be released after 35 days: - when your friend has activated, started using the service and topped up - your friend must be new to TPO and intends to be a regular user of the service we reserve the right to NOT give the reward to you and your friend where a new service has NOT been used, we suspect fraud, or we identify unusual behaviour.

6. TPO reserve the right to not refund ANY referral money earned as cash back to the recruiter. It is solely for the purpose of bill deduction or through validated PayPal transaction. We will send you email on a quarterly basis confirming your rewards.

7. Pay as you go: customers can refer Pay as you go and Pay Monthly customers. Pay Monthly: customers can refer Pay as you go and Pay Monthly customers.

8. The right of the Referrer is to receive the reward is subject to their on-going compliance with these Terms and Conditions. TPO may, at its sole discretion, suspend or remove a Referrer from the Programme at any time and without notice, and withhold or seek reimbursement of, or payment from any Referrer in any reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

a) If the Referrer has breached these or any other applicable terms and conditions;

b) If TPO suspects or has reasonable grounds to believe that the Referrer has provided incorrect or misleading information to any member or to TPO;

c) If TPO suspects the Referrer is otherwise misusing or interfering in any way with the Programme or the TPO Network;

d) If TPO receives a complaint about a Referrer; or

e) If the Referrer has otherwise engaged in conduct which may breach any law or regulation or be detrimental to TPO’s reputation.

9. TPO accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly completed, lost or delayed registration applications, notices, acceptances or other documents related to the Programme.

10. TPO may amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Programme at any time and for any reason on at least 30 days notice, which will be provided by email to Referrer. Any rewards genuinely accrued before the date on which the Programme is amended, suspended, withdrawn or terminated as appropriate will be paid as provided by these terms.

11. All decisions by TPO on matters relating to the Referral Programme are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• This offer is not open to employees or agents of the Promoter’s group of companies or any other person associated with this competition.

• Entry into this offer is dependent on your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by entering you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter is The People’s Operator, 40 Underwood Street, London, N1 7JQ.

• The reward is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative for this reward will be offered.

• The end of the program is 31st Dec 2017
